How to Use It
- Charge fully before first use — around 90 minutes over USB-C.
- Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to turn the device on.
- Slide the cap open and insert a TEREA stick up to the line on the filter, without twisting.
- Press the button for one second to start heating. Ready in around 20 seconds.
- Draw for up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs. One vibration signals the end approaching.
- Remove and bin the used stick.
To reset: press and hold the button for around 7 seconds. The status lights turn off, blink, and come back on to confirm.

Frequently Asked Questions
I inserted a stick and nothing happened. Is the device faulty?
Almost certainly not. The original ILUMA One has no auto-start — press the button for one second to begin heating. Autostart belongs to the ILUMA i series.
The device won’t respond at all after being fully drained.
A deeply depleted battery can take up to 20 minutes on the charger before the first LED lights up. Leave it plugged in before assuming a fault.
Why is the vapour weak even though the device is charged?
Usually the stick rather than the device. Heat-damaged sticks produce thin vapour and a flat first puff. Try a different pack — if that behaves normally, the first pack was the problem.
How do I reset it?
Press and hold the button for around 7 seconds. The status lights turn off, blink, and return, confirming the reset.
Does Azure Blue perform differently from the other colours?
No. All five ILUMA One colourways are the same device with identical specifications.
How many sticks per charge?
Up to 20 consecutive uses, with no pause needed between sessions. Charging takes around 90 minutes over USB-C.
