How to Use It
- Charge fully before first use around 90 minutes over USB-C. Indicator lights show progress and stay solid when complete.
- Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to turn the device on.
- Slide the cap open and insert a TEREA stick up to the line on the filter, without twisting.
- Press the button for one second to start heating. Ready in around 20 seconds.
- Draw for up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs. The device vibrates once near the end.
- Remove and bin the used stick. Nothing to clean.
Tap the button briefly to check the battery: four lights means 75% or above, one light means below 25%.

What comes in the ILUMA One kit?
The device itself, a USB-C charging cable, and documentation. Some kits ship without a wall adaptor, so check if you don’t already own a USB-C plug. Any standard USB-C phone charger works.
Are TEREA sticks included?
No. Device kits are hardware only, and the device won’t activate without a stick. Ordering TEREA sticks at the same time means you can use it on delivery day.
Why are there no cleaning tools in the box?
Because there’s nothing to clean. ILUMA devices have no heating blade, so no internal residue builds up. Older blade-based IQOS kits included cleaning tools out of necessity.
How many sticks can I use before recharging?
Up to 20 consecutive uses from a full charge, with no pause needed between sessions. Charging takes around 90 minutes over USB-C.
Does Pebble Grey perform differently from the other colours?
No. All five ILUMA One colourways are the same device with identical specifications. Only the finish differs.
Does it start automatically when I insert a stick?
No. Press the button for one second to begin heating. Autostart is a feature of the ILUMA i series rather than this model.
