Delivery time
After you place an order, we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. Your order is delivered within 2 hours of that confirmation. If we cannot meet that time for your address, we will tell you when we confirm.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain.
Delivery charges
- Orders of AED 200 and above: free delivery
- Orders below AED 200: AED 30 (Standard) or AED 45 (Express)
Payment
Pay on delivery by cash or card machine. There is no charge for paying on delivery.
ID and age check
We only sell to adults aged 18 and over. Please have your Emirates ID or passport ready. If the person receiving the order cannot show valid ID, the driver will not hand it over.
Help us find you
Add the building or villa name, flat number, and any gate, lobby or security desk notes in the order notes. For villas, a location pin on WhatsApp is the fastest way.
Returns and faulty items
Tobacco sticks and devices cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 12 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
