About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed on tereaflavors.ae or by WhatsApp with IQOS Terea Flavors, based in Al Quoz 5, Dubai, UAE. By placing an order you agree to them.
Age
You must be 18 or older to order. ID may be checked on delivery. See our Age Policy.
Orders and confirmation
An order is accepted once we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if the details look incorrect. If you paid online and we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. Delivery is free on orders of AED 200 and above, and AED 30 below that.
Delivery
Orders are delivered within 2 hours after confirmation. Details are in Delivery & Returns.
Payment
Pay on delivery by cash or card machine, or pay online and with Google Pay.

Product use
TEREA sticks only work in compatible induction devices. Using them in other devices can damage those devices. Product descriptions explain which devices each item works with. Heated tobacco products contain nicotine, which is addictive, and are not risk free.

IQOS Terea Flavors is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Philip Morris International or Lambda. IQOS, ILUMA, TEREA and HEETS are trademarks of their owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
