How to Use It

1. Charge the Pocket Charger fully before first use — around 2 hours 15 minutes over USB-C.
2. Slide the Holder into the charger to top it up between sessions; a Holder charge takes roughly two minutes.
3. Insert a TEREA stick up to the line on the filter, without twisting.
4. Autostart begins heating automatically. Ready in around 15 seconds.
5. Draw for up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs. A vibration signals the end approaching.
6. Bin the used stick and return the Holder to the charger.

What Works With It

Every TEREA stick we carry: Japan, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Armenia, and the UAE edition.

Not compatible with HEETS or blade-based IQOS models. Sticks are single-use, contain a sharp metal part, and should never be disassembled or left within reach of children.

What temperature range is the device designed for?

Approximately 0°C to 40°C. UAE summer afternoons exceed the upper limit outdoors, and a parked car exceeds it by a wide margin.

My device won’t start after being in the sun. Is it broken?

Probably not. Lithium-ion devices commonly block heating or charging when the cell is too hot, as a protective measure. Let it cool indoors and try again.

Does heat permanently damage it?

Repeated exposure does. Heat causes permanent battery capacity loss, so the device gives fewer sessions per charge over time and doesn’t recover. Avoiding parked cars is the single most useful habit.

Does Moss Green perform differently from the other colours?

No. All six ILUMA Standard colourways are identical devices with the same specifications.

How many sticks before recharging?

Two consecutive sessions before the Holder returns to the Pocket Charger, then around 20 sessions in total before the charger needs plugging in.

Which sticks does it take?

TEREA sticks only, from any origin. HEETS and other non-SMARTCORE sticks won’t activate it.
