The main difference between TEREA and cigarettes is heat. A cigarette burns tobacco at the tip, while a TEREA stick heats tobacco from inside with a metal element and never burns it. Heating vs burning
A lit cigarette burns tobacco with an open flame at the tip. A TEREA stick carries a heating element coated with stainless steel inside the tobacco. The SMARTCORE induction system in the device warms that element, and the element warms the tobacco from within. The device controls the temperature and ends the session on its own.
