Here’s an honest detail most stores gloss over: Provence Pearl users describe the fruit differently. Some taste sweet grape; others swear it’s blackberry and blackcurrant. Both camps are right the dark-fruit medley sits in that exact overlap, and which one you taste depends on your palate.

Is the fruit grape or blackberry?

Both descriptions are common, and both are fair. The capsule’s dark-fruit medley sits between grape and blackberry-blackcurrant, and different palates lock onto different sides of it.

Is the lavender strong?

It’s present and distinctive but not perfumey. Think a floral-honey accent over the fruit, not a soap-shop experience. If any floral is too much, Twilight Pearl keeps the dark fruit without it.

Provence Pearl or Twilight Pearl?

Twilight for blueberry-menthol simplicity. Provence for the fuller, more layered profile with the floral signature. Provence is the more complex of the two by design.
