How to Use It
- Charge fully before first use around 90 minutes over USB-C.
- Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to turn the device on.
- Slide the cap open and insert a TEREA stick up to the line on the filter, without twisting.
- Press the button for one second to start heating. Ready in around 20 seconds.
- Draw for up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs. One vibration signals the end approaching.
- Remove and bin the used stick.
Tap the button briefly for a battery check: four lights means 75% or above, one light means below 25%, and a flashing yellow or orange light means it needs charging.

How do I protect the battery in UAE heat?
Never leave the device in a parked car, don’t charge it while it’s still hot from being outdoors, and top up when the indicator drops rather than draining it flat every time. Heat causes permanent capacity loss that doesn’t recover.
My device won’t respond after being fully drained. Is it broken?
Probably not. A severely depleted battery can take up to 20 minutes on the charger before the first LED responds. Leave it plugged in before assuming a fault.
How many sessions per charge?
Up to 20 consecutive uses from a full charge, with no pause needed between sticks. A full charge takes around 90 minutes over USB-C.
Does Pebble Beige differ from Pebble Grey in any way besides colour?
No. All five ILUMA One colourways are identical devices. Pebble Beige is simply the warmer of the two neutral tones.
Does it need cleaning?
No. There’s no heating blade, so no internal residue accumulates. The metal heating element sits inside each TEREA stick and leaves with it. An occasional wipe of the exterior is enough.
Which sticks does it take?
TEREA sticks only, from any origin. HEETS and other non-SMARTCORE sticks won’t activate it.
